I Use to Struggle Financially, Emotionally, and Physically

I have been on a long journey of utilizing the law of attraction. I have worked with the notion that I create my reality to change my life. I use to struggle with a very chaotic life including:

  • Depression
  • Extreme Anxiety
  • Addiction to alcohol and marijuana
  • Self‐harm starting at the age of 12
  • Suicidal thoughts

As an adult I found things just getting worse over time. I was at a very desperate low, point in my life and then I made a decision: I am going to put some effort to apply the Law of Attraction principles to my life and if it works, my life will change.

That's exactly what has happened to me.

An Emotional Person Striving for a Logical Perspective

It was around 2008 when I first watched the Secret and heard about the Law of Attraction. I didn't start practicing then, but it intrigued me. I've always loved to explore metaphysical ideas and I have a love for science of all types. After high school I started an education in psychology and many of those concepts intrigued me too. I was desperate to understand and heal myself from my afflictions. Things like the placebo effect made me wonder about the true nature of reality and healing. It never felt right to believe that we are just machines, that our existence is random, that we are disconnected, or that life is essentially, meaningless.

Practicing the Law of Attraction has Created Significant Change for Me

Since incorporating the LOA into my belief system I have been able to help myself overcome mental illness, anxiety, addictions, and build a confidence in myself I've never had before. I've become the type of person who tries everything once with an assuredness that makes me successful in most of what I endeavor. Most importantly though:

I feel good, the majority of the time.

I went from being a very depressed, powerless person to being someone who feels mostly hopeful, optimistic, and happy all thanks to applying the Law of Attraction in my life.

I Created this Law of Attraction Blog to Help Others

I am at a place in my life where I want to help others achieve what they want, too. I want to see my world become a better place to live. I want to witness others go from their lowest to their highest, too. I think if I can achieve that, if I can help someone truly understand the nature of reality that they begin applying it and then see the changes I have. I'll feel like I'm fulfilling my purpose in life. I hope this blog helps you to do that, or at least gives you the knowledge you need so you can begin to understand how you truly work. How our reality works, and then you too can start down the path of what you want, whatever that may be.
